A Four-Week Journey Into the Heart of Your Practice
A Four-Week Journey Into the Heart of Your Practice
Some things can't be rushed — but they can be invited.
Over four Tuesday evenings this June, you'll move through a carefully crafted inner journey designed to take you somewhere real. Not just relaxed. Not just calmer. But genuinely, measurably changed — in the way you inhabit your body, your heart, and your life.
This is intimate, live, and intentional. There are no recordings to catch up on later, no content to consume. Just you, Amy, and a community of kindred souls — present together, going deep together.
"One session with Amy was like years of therapy. Astonishing. Thank you so much." — Lisa

The Journey — Four Sessions, One Transformation
🌱 Week 1 — Ground Tuesday, June 16 | 5:00–6:30pm MT Before we can rise, we root. Begin by finding the deep safety of your own body and the earth beneath you — a foundation everything else is built upon.
💚 Week 2 — Open Tuesday, June 123| 5:00–6:30pm MT The heart knows things the mind cannot explain. This session guides you into deeper heart connection — with yourself, with others, with life itself.
🌊 Week 3 — Release Tuesday, June 30 | 5:00–6:30pm MT What are you still carrying that was never yours to keep? Through meditation and therapeutic writing, gently set down what no longer belongs in your story.
✨ Week 4 — Bless Tuesday, July 7 | 5:00–6:30pm MT Close the journey where all true healing leads — in gratitude, grace, and the quiet power of blessing your life exactly as it is, and exactly as it's becoming.

Meet Your Guide
Amy has spent a lifetime learning how to come home to herself — and now she helps others find their way there too.
Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area with meditation woven into her world from childhood — Ram Dass was a family friend — Amy's relationship with inner practice began early and has never stopped deepening.
She went on to study at UC Berkeley, live and teach meditation in Paris and Rome, and train with some of the most luminous spiritual teachers of our time: the Dalai Lama, Ram Dass, Caroline Myss, Sonia Choquette, and Ron Roth, among others. Her years of graduate study in Integrative Health and Clinical Nutrition deepened an already rare fluency in both the science of healing and the soul of it.
Then life asked more of her.
Diagnosed with not one but three forms of breast cancer — including Stage 3C — Amy navigated one of the most complex cancer journeys imaginable, as a single mother, with the full force of everything she had ever learned. She consulted with leading oncology teams including the Head of Breast Cancer Oncology at Stanford, immersed herself in cutting-edge integrative research, and committed deeply to her own mind-body-spirit healing. Her medical team calls her recovery a miracle.
Out of that journey came her anthology Story Medicine, her thriving healing community Radiant Healing Together, and the coaching and meditation work she now offers to seekers around the world.
Amy doesn't just teach these practices. She has lived them — in the hardest possible classroom — and emerged with a depth of wisdom, compassion, and skill that simply cannot be learned any other way.
When you sit with Amy, you are held by all of that.
